A statistical graph for evaluation of the primary endpoint in a clinical trial using the alternative hypothesis, Bayes factor, and confidence interval

An alternative hypothesis, defined as the assumed clinically meaningful treatment effect at primary endpoint, is determined when a randomized controlled trial (RCT) designed. Nevertheless, most researchers conducting RCTs for superiority very often disregard evaluating hypothesis. Since clinical trials are designed to demonstrate statistical significance of in that fail show this, aspects results differ from what initially intended inappropriately emphasized. Therefore, we propose quantitative graph, referred “ABC plot,” representing Bayes factor, and confidence interval, which enhances visual result ABC plot was applied three actual superiority.
